Play Lineage 2 in the browser
LA2WEB is a Lineage 2 Interlude server you play straight from a web page. There is no client to download, no patcher and no system folder to replace: open the site, create an account and press “Play”.
How it works
The game world is drawn by your browser with WebGL: the original maps of Talking Island, Gludio, Giran and Aden, the original monsters, skill effects, music and interface. The connection to the server goes through a secure WebSocket, so it works on home networks, in internet cafés and on mobile data.
What you need
A modern browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari or Brave — on a PC, a laptop, a tablet or a phone. A mid-range video card or an integrated one is enough. Your character, inventory and clan live on the server, so you can start on a PC and continue on a phone.
Why the browser
Classic Lineage 2 needs an old Windows client and often breaks on new systems. In the browser it simply opens — on macOS and Linux too — and updates arrive by themselves the next time you load the page.
