Lineage 2 Interlude classes and professions
Interlude has five races — Human, Elf, Dark Elf, Orc and Dwarf. Every race except Dwarf can start as a fighter or a mystic, and every character changes profession three times: at level 20, at 40 and at 76, when the third profession unlocks the strongest skills.
Roles in a party
Tanks (Paladin, Dark Avenger, Temple Knight, Shillien Knight) hold the monsters. Damage dealers hit with blades (Gladiator, Destroyer, Tyrant), bows (Hawkeye, Silver Ranger, Phantom Ranger), daggers (Treasure Hunter, Plains Walker, Abyss Walker) or spells (Sorcerer, Spellsinger, Spellhowler, Necromancer). Healers (Bishop, Elven Elder, Shillien Elder) keep everyone alive, and buffers (Prophet, Warcryer, Overlord, Sword Singer, Bladedancer) make the whole party stronger. Dwarves craft and spoil — the economy of the server runs through them.
Subclass and Noblesse
From level 75 a character can take a subclass and later become Noblesse, which opens the Olympiad and the Noblesse blessing. On x1 this is a long goal — and a reason the class you start with matters.
